Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.

  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Management
    • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives.
    • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, and prepare minutes and reports.
  • Technology and Data Management
    • Manage and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and support to staff members on new procedures and technologies.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Arrange for transportation and travel arrangements as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 month of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
