Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at CANESL INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
