Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Canwish Immigration Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • English language proficiency

Work Environment:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
