Job Title: Office Manager

SaskIT Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Private sector experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and MS Project an asset.
