Job Title: Servicenow Training Content Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Training Content Developer to join our team at CB Canada. As a Servicenow Training Content Developer, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training content for our clients in the Banking Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop course materials from existing content and/or from a blank sheet of paper, including research to obtain complete, correct and current information.
  • Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content.
  • Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through online learning format.
  • Host live training sessions for a variety of medium to large audiences.
  • Design and develop learning outcomes assessment activities, including assessment questions, scenarios, and simulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is strongly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agility and adaptability.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project life cycle.
  • Knowledge of business process management techniques and principles involved.
  • Ability to produce training modules in various formats (video and documentation).
  • Experience in adult education and live training.
  • Experience converting technical documents to user-friendly modules.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech savvy.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Confluence.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement in Toronto, ON.
