CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Training Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training content for Servicenow, a leading enterprise service management platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging training content, including course materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct research to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our clients' needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content that meets business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Confluence training pages with all content.
- Host live training sessions for medium to large audiences, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Design and develop learning outcomes assessment activities, including assessment questions, scenarios, and simulations.
- Experience with e-learning software, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and learning styles.
- Agility and adaptability, with a strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively, with basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project life cycle.
- Knowledge of business process management techniques and principles involved.
- Ability to produce training modules in various formats, including video and documentation.
- Experience in adult education and live training, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Experience converting technical documents to user-friendly modules, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
- Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in training and development.
- ServiceNow experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Confluence is also highly desirable.
