CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Training Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training content for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging training content using e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Develop course materials from existing content and/or from a blank sheet of paper, including research to obtain complete, correct, and current information.
- Host live training sessions for medium to large audiences and design learning outcomes assessment activities.
- Produce, edit, and deliver training content through online learning formats.
- Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project life cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Experience with Confluence and ServiceNow is a plus.
