The Solution Consultant Academy provides talented individuals with a direct pathway into one of the most exciting, challenging, and fulfilling roles in technology sales. This program is designed to attract, nurture, and retain high-potential individuals with the aim of cultivating future leaders in Solution Consulting across ServiceNow.

Program Goals

The 6-month SC Academy initiative will equip you for a successful career in Solution Consulting. This opportunity involves collaboration with Solution Consulting leaders at ServiceNow, immersive on-the-job training, and comprehensive exposure to various aspects of company operations. Participants will benefit from accelerated professional growth, world-class mentorship, and unique networking opportunities throughout the organization. An exceptional Solution Consultant will be regarded by clients as a trusted advisor and viewed by sales as the pivotal player in the deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in ServiceNow workflow training, sales and product demonstration education, and gain insights into information technology.
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow community and the SC Sales team to comprehend our technology solutions and facilitate support transitions into sales.
  • Present and demonstrate technology solutions to address client challenges.
  • Respond to product features and technical inquiries from clients, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Leverage tools and education through mentorship and hands-on training to excel in pre-sales and share best practices.

Candidate Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we seek individuals who possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience, including internships, professional roles, or consulting backgrounds.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and workflows.
  • A proven ability to influence and consult on decisions and strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
