Key Responsibilities

The IT Sales Director will be responsible for driving business growth and promoting Artificial Intelligence services and custom software development services.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for software development services and Artificial Intelligence services.
  • Evaluate and improve existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and negotiate customer proposals and contracts to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to identify potential future opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Design and implement sales performance tracking systems to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze market trends to develop new customers and grow existing ones, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in business development with a strong background in sales.
  • Proven sales experience in IT, Artificial Intelligence, and software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applications.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions and drive results.
  • Good understanding of Customer Relationship Management, cold calls, and long sales cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
