Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Richie It Solutions Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Consult technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Provide training and advice to users on how to use computer systems and networks effectively.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users, ensuring that they have access to the resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring that it is properly installed and configured.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure that our systems are secure and reliable.
