- Oversee various departments including Production, Shipping & Receiving, and Proactive Maintenance.

- Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and prepare for audits.

- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and production scheduling to meet the demands of the business.
- Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident with relevant local experience.
- 10 Years Proven experience as a Plant Manager or a similar leadership role in a precast concrete or related industrial setting.
- Strong strategic planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on clarity to prevent costly miscommunications.
- Motivated to build a long-term career and committed to continuous personal and professional development.
- Competitive salary range of $100K - $120K, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
- Relocation will be considered for the right candidate.
