About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage initiatives that promote organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development. As a Manager Business Planning, you will work closely with senior leadership to align organizational strategies with business goals and ensure the effective deployment of change management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage initiatives that promote organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational strategies with business goals.
  • Lead and manage change management efforts for organizational transformations.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
  • Facilitate employee surveys and focus groups to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field with a proven track record in designing and implementing organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
