We are currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to oversee the comprehensive offering of Croesus solutions across the North American and European markets.

This role necessitates a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing within the wealth management sector, particularly focusing on technology solutions.

The successful candidate will engage with existing and prospective clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders within the wealth management and WealthTech industries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a pivotal role in the strategic planning process.
  • Define commercial strategies for our diverse solutions across various markets and segments.
  • Develop and maintain the product marketing framework for each solution, product, and module.
  • Contribute to the formulation of annual national marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to shape product roadmaps.

Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct and manage both primary and secondary market research.
  • Create, execute, and oversee surveys through various methods including web, focus groups, and individual discussions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with market research firms and strategic consultants.
  • Analyze the factors contributing to wins and losses in tenders and contracts with new clients.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Lead ongoing discussions with the product management team regarding requirements, pricing, and packaging of our solutions.
  • Support sales and business development teams in product positioning and client communications.
  • Work with the marketing team to generate content for various marketing initiatives, including presentations, brochures, blogs, articles, videos, case studies, and websites.
  • Monitor and positively influence discussions between development teams on current and future innovations.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with industry stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, industry associations, and government institutions.

Partnership Management:
  • Define and manage marketing initiatives in collaboration with Croesus partners.

Qualifications:
  • University degree in marketing, strategy, management, finance, economics, financial engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of B2B marketing experience in the financial, wealth management, or FinTech/WealthTech sectors.
  • International experience or perspective.
  • Work experience in North America and Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management.
  • Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and product marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of FinTech, WealthTech, and wealth management industry challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to research, summarize, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to create impactful presentations for senior management and boards.
  • Experience in engaging with senior executives.
  • Bilingualism; knowledge of a third language is a significant asset.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft products and environments.
