Business Analyst

Croesus is a leading provider of innovative wealth management solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Products team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding user needs and defining requirements for the design of our solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed user needs analyses, especially for complex or market-specific functionality.
- Identify real needs by asking questions to understand business opportunities and define their purpose.
- Work closely with product managers on Agile development teams to translate user requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories, including acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in refinement sessions, clarifying user stories and answering questions.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure that the solution being developed provides value to customers.
- Participate in test cycles to ensure the quality of the solution to be delivered to the customer.
- Ensure that all stakeholders have the same understanding of the needs and objectives.
- Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and their potential impact on existing operations.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with the product vision.
- Produce clear and concise documentation of user requirements, user stories, and decisions made.
- Provide expertise in analyzing market needs and defining solutions, particularly for portfolio management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for portfolio management.
- Contribute to defining product strategy.
Requirements:
- University degree in finance, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of database environments (SQL) an asset.
- Portfolio management experience.
