Job Title: Director of Practice Manager

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Practice Manager to lead our Power and Energy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects and ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Power and Energy industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
