Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a clean and safe work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that customer needs are met.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: Availability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
