Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including promoting menu items, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that waste is minimized.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
