About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Consultant to join our team at Henry Schein Canada. As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering solutions to healthcare professionals directly to the customer, developing and growing business throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • At least three years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
  • Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and building strong customer business partnerships.
