About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team at SocialRise Inc. As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve product and service-related issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest telecommunications products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong client focus.
