About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team at SocialRise Inc. As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and preferences.
  • Product and Service Recommendations: Provide clients with expert advice on the benefits and uses of our telecommunications products and services.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve product and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Tools and Equipment: Cellular phone and other necessary tools for the job.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including outdoors.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Financial Benefits: Bonus and commission-based compensation.
