SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, configuration, and support of cost-effective, online HR management and decision support systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors systems.
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of HR processes within SuccessFactors.
- Resolve complex business problems and work under tight deadlines, conflicting priorities, and changing project requirements.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems, including analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into systems requirement specifications.
- 1-3 years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification.
- Knowledge of Talent process to oversee day-to-day activities.
- Working knowledge of HR business process.
- Expertise in Microsoft suite.
- Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
