What are our expectations?

Nightwing is in search of a Production Process Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing the production workflow by defining and refining the assembly and testing sequences. A strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems is essential.

As a key contributor, you will be expected to handle complex tasks with minimal oversight, applying your expertise to achieve objectives and interpret intricate engineering documents and specifications.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining production schedules.
  • Defining the necessary processes, tools, and equipment for module and engine assembly in alignment with engineering and quality standards.
  • Participating in integrated product teams to ensure production readiness and implement changes.
  • Addressing engineering modifications and identifying potential issues.
  • Developing time allocation and task planning documents.
  • Supporting production efforts to enhance assembly processes and ensure readiness.
  • Assisting in quality control initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Guiding and training team members in their roles.

The qualifications you need to succeed:

  • A college degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience in a unionized work environment is beneficial.

  • Aeronautics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Techniques, Mechanics Techniques.
