Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Project Associate to manage and coordinate the manufacturing process of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
