We are seeking a skilled Health Care Aide to join our team at Seven Oaks General Hospital. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent relevant experience.
- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized college, and/or successful completion of all required second year Baccalaureate Nursing Program courses.
- BCLS and/or Heart Saver (plus 2 man) where required.
- Written and verbal command of the English language.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
This is a full-time position working in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
