About the Role

The Administrative Assistant III plays a vital role in supporting the regional operations of BGIS, a leading provider of customized facility management and real estate services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute administrative duties to support BGIS ITS operations on a national level.
  • Monitor and process administrative emails and requests in a timely manner.
  • Support Regional Operations Managers in onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Coordinate corporate initiatives throughout the region.
  • Collaborate with other support departments within BGIS.
  • Update administrative documentation and trackers based on requests and reports.
  • Coordinate regional shipments of supplies to employees efficiently and timely.
  • Assist in ordering uniforms and providing proper PPE to employees.
  • Support Trade and HSE certification management through tracking systems.
  • Update Team Members' information when required and inform all departments as necessary.
  • Process Purchase Requisitions in various systems.
  • Assist in Purchase Card management.
  • Assist in documentation translation when required.
  • Perform other related general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of administrative experience.
  • High school education completed.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership skills when working in a group.
  • Strong time management skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
