About the Role
The Administrative Assistant III plays a vital role in supporting the regional operations of BGIS, a leading provider of customized facility management and real estate services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute administrative duties to support BGIS ITS operations on a national level.
- Monitor and process administrative emails and requests in a timely manner.
- Support Regional Operations Managers in onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Coordinate corporate initiatives throughout the region.
- Collaborate with other support departments within BGIS.
- Update administrative documentation and trackers based on requests and reports.
- Coordinate regional shipments of supplies to employees efficiently and timely.
- Assist in ordering uniforms and providing proper PPE to employees.
- Support Trade and HSE certification management through tracking systems.
- Update Team Members' information when required and inform all departments as necessary.
- Process Purchase Requisitions in various systems.
- Assist in Purchase Card management.
- Assist in documentation translation when required.
- Perform other related general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Three to five years of administrative experience.
- High school education completed.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership skills when working in a group.
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
