POSITION SUMMARY:

Located in a dynamic environment, the Bilingual Sales Agent will engage in both inbound and outbound communications on behalf of our esteemed clients. This role adheres to rigorous quality assurance protocols and follows the operational guidelines established by the organization and its partners. The Bilingual Sales Agent is expected to achieve and surpass set objectives while actively participating in ongoing training and development initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate and respond to telephone communications.
  • Engage with both prospective and existing clients to advocate for products and services.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Consistently fulfill established program criteria.
  • Deliver outstanding sales and customer service while maintaining a high-quality monitoring score.
  • Efficiently manage customer information using a computer system.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate answers to product-related questions, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Understand departmental practices and job responsibilities thoroughly.
  • Offer constructive feedback to program supervisors regarding performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize computer systems effectively in daily operations.
  • Participate actively in all mandatory training sessions, showing a willingness to learn about new products and programs.
  • Engage in computer training and awareness initiatives as provided by the organization.
  • Report any suspected security incidents to the appropriate supervisor, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Familiarize oneself with and adhere to established security policies and practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
  • Prior sales experience in a retail or call center setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to changing job requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Exhibit accuracy, thoroughness, and organization in work assignments.
