POSITION SUMMARY:
Located in a dynamic environment, the Bilingual Sales Agent will engage in both inbound and outbound communication on behalf of our esteemed clients. This role adheres to established quality assurance protocols and operates within the guidelines set forth by the organization and its partners. The Bilingual Sales Agent is expected to consistently achieve and surpass set objectives while actively participating in training and development initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts and receives telephone communications.
- Engages with both prospective and existing clients to advocate for products and services.
- Performs needs assessments to recommend suitable products and services.
- Regularly meets established performance metrics.
- Delivers outstanding sales and customer service while maintaining a high-quality monitoring score.
- Accurately manages customer information using computer systems.
- Addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provides accurate product information, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of features and benefits.
- Understands departmental practices and job responsibilities thoroughly.
- Offers constructive feedback to supervisors regarding performance and potential improvements.
- Utilizes computer systems efficiently.
- Participates actively in all required training sessions, demonstrating a willingness to learn about new products and services.
- Engages in computer training and awareness initiatives as provided by the organization.
- Reports any suspected security issues to the appropriate supervisory personnel, ensuring confidentiality.
- Familiarizes with and adheres to established security policies and practices.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned by the Team Leader.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
PREREQUISITES:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role.
- Prior sales experience in a retail or call center setting.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to changes in the work environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Exhibits accuracy, thoroughness, and organization in completing tasks.
