As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tax engagements and contributing to the growth of the firm and our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Working closely with all Tax Partners and other Senior staff on personal tax compliance and tax advisory engagements
* Manage and coordinate tax planning and compliance services for individuals requiring US and Canadian income or estate tax filings
* Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections and project budgets
* Review assessments and correspond with the IRS, state authorities and CRA on various issues
* Build and manage client relationships at a senior level; advise clients by delivering high quality tax service and advice
* Actively mentor and coach staff to their highest potential
* Supporting and mentoring firm staff in respect of tax matters
* Identifying client service opportunities

Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum
