Behaviour Interactive is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Director to join our Corporate business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans that elevate our company's brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver key messages that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Create and maintain a consistent corporate brand voice across all internal and external communication channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans that drive business results.
  • Collaborate on various projects with significant impact on employee mobilization and engagement.
  • Own and manage budget for philanthropic projects.
  • Provide strategic leadership for tasks within the communications team.
  • Stay updated with best practices in communications and employer branding.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • University degree in communication studies, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • More than 15 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Thorough understanding of communication policies, practices, and strategic principles.
  • Inspirational leadership and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strategic vision, political awareness, results-driven approach, and a particular emphasis on customer satisfaction.
