Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Trinity London Custom Blinds and Shutters. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills: MS Office, MS Windows, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
