Nail Salon Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Nails By Yen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing calm and effective leadership to resolve issues.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and requisitioning of materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
- Productivity and Quality: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, ensuring that our salon remains a positive and productive space for our team.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, judgment, organization, reliability, and a strong team player mentality.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the nail industry and its challenges.
- Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing salon needs.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
