We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at 1893524 Alberta LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians and support staff
    • Train and develop the skills of our team members to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional service to our clients
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and productivity
  • Client Service
    • Assist clients with special needs and ensure that their expectations are met
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our clients have a positive experience in our salon
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the scheduling of appointments and the management of our salon's calendar
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
    • Prepare and submit reports on salon performance and other relevant data
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a nail salon or related field
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
    • Standing for extended periods
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
