Job Summary:

Nails By Yen is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Schedule work for nail technicians and ensure that all appointments are met.
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional manner.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring that our salon maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
