Nail Salon Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at 1874040 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Work
Plan and manage the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure that our salon is fully staffed during peak hours.
Maintenance and RepairArrange for regular maintenance and repair of our equipment and facilities to ensure that our salon remains in excellent condition.
Client SupportAssist clients with special needs, such as accommodating disabilities or providing additional support during appointments.
Emergency ResponseBe the point of contact in case of an emergency and take charge of resolving any issues that may arise.
Cleaning and OrganizationOversee the cleaning of our salon, including specialty and difficult items, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Supply ManagementRequisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure that our salon is well-stocked and equipped.
Problem-Solving and TrainingResolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Staff SupervisionSupervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Staff TrainingTrain our nail technicians in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our clients.

Our salon is a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work well under pressure to meet the demands of our clients.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Work Term
This is a permanent position, and you will be expected to work a regular schedule.
Work LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
HoursYou will be expected to work 35 hours per week.
