Job Summary:

The Ventilation Design Engineer will apply technical design principles to create and develop ventilation systems for kitchens. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, 3D design software, and product development processes. The ideal candidate will have a DEC in mechanical engineering and at least one year of relevant experience in product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ventilation systems for kitchens, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product design and development processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and engineering change notices.
  • Participate in product evaluation and validation activities to ensure quality and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve product design and development processes.

Requirements:

  • DEC in mechanical engineering.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in product development.
  • Strong understanding of 3D design software and product development processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
