BMO Financial Group is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join its team on a 6-month contract. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for technical roles within the Channels Technology group.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, short-listing, and offer management.

• Outstanding communication skills to manage both candidate and hiring manager experiences.

• Collaboration with senior recruiters to support a large growth portfolio of technical roles.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• 4 years of experience in staffing agency work.

• Proficiency in search tools, including LinkedIn and Indeed.

• 1 year of experience recruiting developers.

Education:

• Undergraduate degree or diploma.
