We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual (French/English) Client Success Specialist to become a vital part of our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic, startup-like atmosphere.

As a member of our Customer Success team, you will report directly to the Onboarding Manager and be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, delivering training, and proactively ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, particularly French-speaking and Quebec-based customers, to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience and help them realize the full potential of Intiveo in achieving their business objectives.
  • Engage all new clients to promote user adoption and satisfaction, ensuring high retention rates.
  • Encourage clients to strategically consider how our platform can meet their business requirements.
  • Educate and support clients on best practices, as well as the advantages of our products and services.
  • Proactively reach out at critical points in the client journey to ensure they achieve important milestones.
  • Monitor accounts to identify potential churn risks and take proactive measures to mitigate those risks.

Your Profile

  • Bilingual (French/English) - required
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
  • Preference for working in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Proven track record in client partnership, ideally within a SaaS context, while fostering strong relationships.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project or client account management, preferably in a Customer Success capacity.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to advocate for ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
  • Strong aptitude for technology and a desire to learn new software solutions.
