Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at 16714 Yukon Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient food service operation.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our food service team to achieve our goals and objectives, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and a high level of organization.
