Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at pt Health. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets and level 2 support requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support and infrastructure
  • Recommend and obtain approvals for the procurement of IT equipment and software
  • Install and configure new systems and IT equipment
  • Travel to various locations to provide technical support

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office
  • Understanding of network topologies and protocols
  • Experience with remote management tools and techniques
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Knowledge of mobile platforms
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows server platform
  • Knowledge of VoIP systems
