Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the community on fundraising initiatives and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage incoming donations for accounts receivables
  • Handle accounts payables and ensure timely payments
  • Manage employee expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Record journal entries and maintain financial ledgers
  • Provide administrative support and reception coverage as needed
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be eager to learn, and demonstrate interest in community engagement. A minimum of 1-3 years of accounting experience and some post-secondary education are preferred.
