Workplace Operations Coordinator

Asana is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Operations Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of operations in the office, including vendor management, reception, deliveries, and maintenance.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with landlords and facilities vendors, including cleaning services and maintenance contractors.
- Coordinate office-wide events, celebrations, and traditions, in partnership with the Internal Events and Employee Engagement teams.
- Partner with People and IT to ensure organized onboarding of new employees and ongoing smooth operational support.
- Help coordinate and support regional onboarding sessions as needed.
- Partner with the Global Workplace team to ensure the office meets global standards of office design, maintenance, organization, and safety and security.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 1-3 years of direct customer service experience and 2-5 years of office operations experience. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, a passion for managing a positive employee experience, and an independent work style with a driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
