About the Job:

The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our Long-term Care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care, working independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of life for patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice in nursing care, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in patient outcomes.
  • Participate in designated hospital committees and teams, and engage in approved research projects to advance clinical competence and contribute to the growth of our organization.

This is a Casual opportunity, which means hours are not guaranteed and may vary. However, Casual employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions, and may have opportunities to transition to regular employment.

About this Role:

  • Shifts will be scheduled days and nights, rotating between 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 hours.
