Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Technical Specialist to support our sales team in delivering tailored technical solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth by creating and presenting technical solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales meetings, engage in discovery discussions, and deliver technical presentations.
- Identify technical gaps and design innovative solutions to address client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive solution designs, including Statements of Work (SOW), aligned with client expectations.
- Facilitate smooth hand-offs between the sales and service delivery teams by participating in project kick-offs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, minimize churn, and support renewals.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to contribute to technical documentation and product literature.
- 2-3 years of experience in a presales, technical support, solutions engineering, or similar role.
- Strong technical background, particularly in VMware, Fortinet, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and willing to take on multiple roles as needed.
- Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to expand technical and sales knowledge.
- Expertise in designing and implementing network infrastructure (routing, switching, wireless, security, monitoring).
- Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery design.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of Fortinet and Palo Alto (certifications are a plus).
- Experience with HPE and Aruba is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud and AWS is beneficial.
