Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards, and that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of our culinary genres and be able to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
