Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Hawkesbury. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk
A&W Hawkesbury is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy and hot environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
