Job Summary:

Ontario Health atHome is seeking an experienced senior leader to contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing effective leadership and strategic direction in organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to assess, identify, plan, develop, and implement organizational development strategies, functions, solutions, and initiatives that drive and support organizational effectiveness, change, culture, capacity, engagement, performance, and learning and skills development.
  • Provide leadership to develop and implement organizational development plans that align with the organization's strategic priorities and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other leaders and key internal partners to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and apply this knowledge to drive organizational improvement.

Requirements:

  • University degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behaviour, human resources, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • CHRP/CHRL designation an asset.
  • Change management training and certification an asset.
  • Executive coaching certification an asset.
  • Certified Training and Development Professional designation an asset.
  • Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years related experience with three (3) to five (5) years in a management role (people and projects).
  • Strong relationship management, facilitation, and critical thinking skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, assessment, and analysis of learning needs, learning and design development, and evaluation.
