Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Winnipeg. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and developing and implementing annual business plans to drive growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
    • Manage existing accounts with hospitals and surgery centers to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve financial performance goals.
  • Growth Opportunities
    • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within your assigned territory to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Business Planning
    • Develop and implement annual business plans to drive growth and market share, including monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting.
  • Territory Management
    • Manage a territory that includes Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario, with approximately 50% travel required.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical device sales.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
