Role Overview: The Customer Experience Supervisor at Victoria's Secret & Co is a values-driven leader dedicated to providing outstanding customer and associate experiences, ultimately enhancing sales performance.

Reporting Structure: Depending on store volume, this position reports to either the Store Manager or the Customer Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and enhance sales performance by actively engaging in selling, guiding, and mentoring associates on the sales floor.
  • Coach associates in real-time to improve their skills and customer interactions.
  • Support operational excellence by ensuring visual standards are met, managing payroll effectively, and maintaining merchandise availability.
  • Act as a front-line supervisor, responsible for delegating tasks and providing direction to non-supervisory associates.
  • Lead by example, embodying and promoting company values within the store environment.

Expectations:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective coaching, team selling, and personal sales efforts.
  • Independently manage labor hours to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and presentation of the brand by adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure effective communication and execution of brand initiatives.
  • Demonstrate and uphold company policies and procedures consistently.
