Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Instrumentation Technicians at various experience levels to contribute to our operations. Candidates should be local or willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all company policies regarding environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Support Journeyman and Apprentice technicians in the upkeep, replacement, and installation of instruments.
  • Assist in the calibration and installation processes that involve instrumentation tubing.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment, including tubing benders.
  • Operate sophisticated calibration devices such as Hart Communicators and related software.
  • Manage basic Instrumentation Test Equipment and perform necessary calibrations.
  • Work with advanced meters to verify continuity, resistance, voltage, and current measurements.
  • Engage with systems including compressor panels, RTUs, BMS, line heaters, and production equipment.
  • Understand Gas Detection, LEL Detection, and Fire Detection systems and their components.
  • Work safely around active processes or equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Journeyman Instrumentation Technician or a Registered Apprentice.
  • Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Certifications in H2S, First Aid, OSSA Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, CSO, and CSTS are advantageous.
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas sector, particularly in construction or maintenance, is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse working environments, including outdoor and indoor settings, and work at heights as required.
