Position: Technical Solutions Consultant

Role Overview:

  • Serve as a subject matter authority on Secoda's offerings, ensuring that client needs are effectively addressed.
  • Partner with clients to deliver customized solutions that cater to their specific requirements.
  • Assist clients throughout the implementation journey and resolve any technical challenges that arise.
  • Provide insightful feedback to improve product features and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop documentation to support clients efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote client success.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape in the data and AI sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing technical position.
  • Strong expertise in data, with practical experience in SQL.
  • Capability to analyze and resolve intricate technical issues.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MDS and data discovery platforms.
  • Experience engaging with technical clients, including engineers and data specialists.
